Do I have to be a Baloise client already?
No. If you are insured elsewhere, say so in the form: the agency checks your notice periods and handles the cancellation if you decide to switch.
I have just moved to Luxembourg. Where do I start?
With private liability and home insurance, which most landlords require. If you drive, motor liability insurance is compulsory from registration.
Can I be advised in English or German?
Yes. Pick your language at the top of the page: your request goes out in that language and the agency replies in the same one.
What happens to the copy of my ID card?
It is attached to the request sent to the agency, which needs it to set up the contract. It is not stored on this site.
